Genshin Impact resin priorities: what should you spend it on first?
Spend resin on the next upgrade that makes your active team work. If your main character cannot ascend, target the required boss material; if a weapon upgrade is blocked, check its material domain. If upgrades are waiting on Mora or character experience, use the corresponding Ley Line. This is a more useful default than farming artifacts before you know what your team needs.
ItemsGenshin Impact weapon ascension materials: find what you need before farming
Open the weapon's Enhance / Ascend screen and inspect each required material before spending Resin. The screen tells you the current shortage and can point to sources; you may also need enemy drops, enhancement materials and Mora, not just a domain reward.
ItemsGenshin Impact talent priority: level what your character actually uses
Start with the talent that does the character's main job. For support Bennett, that is usually his Elemental Burst; for an on-field normal-attack damage dealer, it may instead be Normal Attack. Read your character's talent descriptions and check how you use them before spending books and Mora.
ItemsWhen should you farm artifacts in Genshin Impact? Build a usable team first
Before committing lots of Resin to artifact domains, make sure your main team's levels, weapons and important talents can handle the content you play. Community guide KeqingMains identifies Adventure Rank 45 and the highest Domain of Blessing difficulty as a useful farming milestone: it reports at least one five-star artifact per 20 Original Resin on that difficulty. Check the domain's current unlock and reward screen.
ItemsGenshin Impact Philanemo Mushroom route: collect Mondstadt's house mushrooms
Need Philanemo Mushrooms for Barbara, Klee or Mona? Start with the houses in Mondstadt City, then check Springvale and Dawn Winery. Look up: the mushrooms grow on walls and under eaves, so a ground-level sprint can miss them. Use the official interactive map to mark individual nodes; the route below names areas, not invented coordinates.
