A practical progression
- Before intensive farming: equip useful pieces already obtained through play. A suitable main stat can help even without a perfect set. Enhance the pieces your main team needs enough to survive and deal damage.
- At the domain: open its difficulty and reward details. The guarantee above concerns the highest difficulty described by KQM, not every run simply because your account reached AR 45. If you cannot clear it comfortably, try co-op where available or improve weapons and talents first.
- Set a budget: after covering immediate character and weapon material needs, decide how much Resin to spend on one domain whose rewards fit your team. Stop when another pressing upgrade has higher value.
- Evaluate results: check useful main stats, Energy Recharge needs and set effects. Keep workable pieces even if substats are imperfect; improve gradually and compare them in the team.
If Condensed Resin is unavailable at the crafting bench, obtain and learn its instructions first. The community wiki lists Liyue Reputation Level 3 or purchase from the Mondstadt or Liyue blacksmith; then use a crafting bench with a Crystal Core, Original Resin and Mora. What about Condensed Resin?
Check your current crafting and claim screen. The official Luna I update changed Condensed Resin to 60 Original Resin for three sets of rewards; older two-reward advice is version-specific. It saves repeat runs, but does not guarantee a desired set or stats.
There is no universal “finished farming” date. Your roster, difficulty and luck differ; a functioning team and manageable Resin budget are better milestones than a perfect score.
