After an Adventure Rank increase, visit Katheryne at an Adventurers’ Guild and choose the Adventure Rank reward option. Claiming these rewards is separate from earning Adventure EXP. (source)
A simple order for each session
- Check the quest menu for the next Archon Quest and its current requirements. Follow the in-game navigation; unlock nearby teleport waypoints so the return trip is easier.
- While travelling, open chests and complete manageable quests or exploration tasks. Check the Adventurer Handbook for objectives and claim available rewards. HoYoDex lists quests, chests and Resin use among sources of Adventure EXP.
- As systems become available, inspect daily commissions and Resin activities on your account. Choose rewards that support your active characters or weapons; don't spend premium currency just to speed up the routine.
- Improve a few frequently used characters, their weapons and relevant talents. If an enemy or quest is too hard, return after upgrading instead of trying to level the entire roster at once.
Rank stopped increasing?
Some thresholds require an Adventure Rank Ascension quest. HoYoverse states that Adventure EXP earned while capped is stored and applied after completing the relevant quest. Open the quest menu, read the condition and prepare your team before entering. Stored EXP may lead to further rank or World Level changes after completion; check your character readiness.
