Quick answer

Find the three Seelies near the stone circle and reach the portal above Cape Oath.

At Cape Oath in southeast Mondstadt, three Seelies lead to their courts near a stone circle. Guide all three home to raise a wind current, then glide into the portal above it to reach Musk Reef. This is a specific exploration puzzle; the island's Spiral Abyss challenge has its own entry requirements.

Find the circle

Travel to the Cape Oath waypoint and head toward the cliff area with the stone circle and nearby slimes. Look for three Seelie courts. If you haven't unlocked the waypoint, travel there on foot and activate it. Clear nearby enemies if they make searching unsafe.

Guide each Seelie

  1. One Seelie is reported on a neighboring cliff above the circular area. Approach it and follow as it travels to its court.
  2. A second is described near a Sunsettia tree to one side of the circle. Approach and follow it home.
  3. The third is described near a grassy cliff edge. Search the surrounding edge carefully and follow it back.

Use Elemental Sight on an empty court to look for its directional clue. The source's “left” depends on viewing direction, so use the tree and court clue rather than treating left as a fixed compass direction. Guide each Seelie until it actually settles; don't assume proximity alone completed it.

Use the current

When all three are home, look for the wind current at the stone area. Jump and open the glider in the current, rise toward the portal, then enter it. On Musk Reef, activate the waypoint if available so you can return easily. Reaching the island is separate from meeting the Spiral Abyss challenge's requirements.

Something didn't work?

Count the occupied courts, inspect each empty court with Elemental Sight, and retrace the corresponding Seelie if it stopped en route. If the current seems absent, check that all three truly returned and that you're at Cape Oath's stone circle. The supplied sources do not establish a reliable reset procedure; don't claim that changing time or relogging resets the puzzle.
