Quick answer

Confirm a seed is planted before leaving, then check your account, plot and crop maturity on return.

Yes. The official Grow a Garden description says your garden grows while you are offline. Before leaving, make sure the seed is actually planted on your own plot; when you return, check the crop rather than keeping the game open just to wait.

Before leaving: confirm the seed was planted

  1. Select a seed and click or tap the brown soil on your own plot.
  2. Check that a plant or a sign of growth appears at that spot. If it doesn't, confirm the selected seed and that the plot is yours, then try the interaction again.
  3. Remember the planting location. If you plan to keep seeds or fruit, also check their state in your inventory before leaving.

The official description confirms offline garden growth; it does not promise in that description that every crop, event effect or growth rate behaves identically. For limited-time activities, check the current in-game instructions.

On return: harvest what is ready

Use the same Roblox account, rejoin the official Grow a Garden experience by The Garden Game and find your plot. Check the place where you planted:

  • Ready: interact to harvest. To turn it into money, take it to the sell stand and check the items before selling.
  • Still growing: leave it planted and check again later. Don't remove it simply because it hasn't matured immediately.
  • Can't find the crop: first verify your account, experience and plot. Allow the scene to load and look again. If it remains missing, record the crop and when it happened, then check Roblox or the game's official support information.

One loading problem does not prove a crop was deleted. Avoid unverified third-party links when dealing with account issues.
