Diagnose planting, growth, harvest and sales separately, including single-item selling and favorites.
Identify the step that failed: the seed didn't plant, the plant is still growing, the fruit won't harvest, or harvested produce won't sell. The next action differs in each case. Don't delete a plant or clear game data at the first sign of trouble.
No plant after placing a seed
Confirm you're in Grow a Garden by The Garden Game and using your own plot. Select a seed, then click brown soil with a mouse on PC or tap it on mobile. Look for a plant or sign of growth at that spot. If nothing appears, check the selected item and plot before trying again.
If it is planted but not mature, wait and check later; the official description says the garden grows offline too. Crops and event effects can differ, so don't assume every crop matures at the same time.
Mature fruit won't harvest
Approach the ripe fruit on your plot until the collection prompt appears. On PC, press E when prompted; on mobile, use the displayed interaction control. A favorite marker can prevent harvesting: check it and remove it only if you intend to collect the fruit.
Try another ripe crop. If that works, inspect the first fruit's state; if nothing responds, record what happens, let the scene load and check your connection and server status. Don't immediately assume a specific known bug.
Harvested produce won't sell
At Steven's Sell Stuff stand, distinguish selling the inventory from selling the item in your hand. To sell one fruit, hold it and choose the corresponding option; before selling all, check what you are about to sell. Favorited fruit is normally excluded from bulk sales and may also block an individual sale. If you want to sell it, check and remove the favorite marker first.
If the options or response differ, verify the experience and current interface. Record the item, action and time, then check official Roblox or game support. Avoid deleting unconfirmed data during troubleshooting.
