Pick a quieter landing, gather essential gear and plan your move into the safe zone before it forces you out.
You don't need to chase every opponent in your first match. Choose a quieter landing with buildings nearby, find a usable weapon and protection, then move toward the safe zone early. Learn the full rhythm first: land, loot, rotate and use cover.
This route is for Classic mode in the international PUBG MOBILE mobile game. Map and mode details change with updates; settings from other versions or the PC game may differ.
Pick a landing
Check the flight path and map. A small group of buildings away from the most popular cities is a useful first choice: it can still attract opponents, but gives you room to learn without deliberately choosing the busiest drop. In a squad, agree on the landing and stay close enough to support each other. If many players land nearby, first find a building with a weapon and then decide whether to fight or leave.
Loot the essentials
Find one usable weapon and matching ammunition first. Add a helmet, armour, healing supplies and a backpack as you find them. A second weapon can cover a different range, but don't stay put indefinitely searching for perfect attachments.
If the bag fills, check for ammunition you cannot use or spare attachments you don't need; leave room for healing and some throwables. Listen for footsteps and watch teammate positions while looting. If a fight starts nearby, get behind a wall or other cover instead of managing your bag in a doorway.
Move before the zone forces you
Open the map to see the next safe zone and the closing timer. Start earlier when you have a long distance to cover. Use buildings, rocks, trees and terrain as the next stopping points instead of spending a long time exposed in open ground. Playing near the edge can sometimes reduce the directions you need to watch, but don't let the blue zone and an enemy team trap you between them.
Before engaging, check your cover, whether teammates can help and where you can retreat. When an enemy holds the better position and crossing would expose you, a detour or retreat can be safer than standing still to trade shots.
A teammate is knocked
Identify the direction of fire, tell the squad and find protection first. Running straight into open ground may leave two players down. Smoke can block sight and create a chance to revive or move, but it does not stop bullets. If the enemy controls the revive position, deal with the threat or move somewhere safer before deciding whether the revive is possible.
The last circles
Watch the next zone and choose your next cover before moving. Look around first and avoid exposing yourself to several directions at once. You don't have to shoot immediately on seeing an enemy, especially when you lack a safe position. After a fight, check health, ammunition and teammates before rotating again.
After the match, pick one lesson: was the landing crowded, did you forget the zone, or did you stop in the open? Changing one decision next match makes the effect easier to see.
